Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) Allocation
Every MSA Allocation is prepared according to a rated age life expectancy by a registered nurse and evaluated by a licensed pharmacist. Included at no additional cost is a separate report for Medicare Non-Qualified expenses which comprises all other likely medical and pharmaceutical expenses not covered by Medicare. A Social Security & Medicare status verification, Coordination of Benefits Contractor claim notification, and Medicare conditional payment request from the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor (with reduction recommendation) is included. Submission of the MSA Allocation to The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) can be made by Medivest for an additional fee, and includes continual monitoring of the CMS submission process through to approval. For instances where the MSA Allocation process needs to be expedited, 5-day rush service is available.
