This report is a report which projects future medical needs over the individual's life expectancy based on an assessment of past and current medical records.  The Medical Cost Projection can be used to determine reserves, causality, identify pre-existing medical conditions and is often utilized as a settlement negotiation tool.  Every Medical Cost Projection is prepared according to a rated age life expectancy by a registered nurse and evaluated by a licensed pharmacist. 

Life Care Plans involve a comprehensive assessment of present and future medical needs.  These are completed by a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLCP).
