CALA’s 16th Annual Education Seminar

Charleston Association of Legal Assistants (CALA) will be hosting their 16th Annual Education Seminar at the Keith Summey Library in North Charleston. This seminar meets the requirements of the NALA Certifying Board for continuing legal education credit required to maintain the CP (Certified Paralegal) credential, and will offer networking opportunities as well as a variety of topics presented by highly knowledgeable experts. Topics will include:
- Small Claims Court Overview, Case Process & Procedures
- Bad Faith Insurance
- Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Director of Sales, Scott Mattingly, is attending the seminar and hosting a panel explaining Medicare Set Asides from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
