The 2026 Special Needs Planning Symposium

The Special Needs Planning Symposium is 3-day experience dedicated to educating professionals who plan for persons with disabilities and administer special needs trusts. This informative and interactive educational adventure benefits both seasoned professionals and those just beginning their practice. There are multiple opportunities to network with nationally-renowned experts on all aspects of special needs planning and administration, ensuring attendees master this complex yet rewarding field.

California attorneys and private professional fiduciaries can earn up to 22.25 hours of CLE or CE credit. This includes two hours of Ethics credit. California Certified Specialist, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law attorneys can also earn up to 20 hours of certified specialist CLE credit. Additionally, options to attend in-person or virtually are available.
