WCMSA Reference Guide Version 4.6 Updates of Significance

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has revised the WCMSA Reference Guide to reflect recent changes in CMS policy and Section 111 reporting requirements. Version 4.6, dated July 13, 2026, of the guide includes the following changes:

1. 1. Language has been updated in the Approval Letter and Notice of Settlement Received Letter (Appendix 5).
   2. The fax number has been updated (Appendix 5).
