WCMSA Reference Guide Version 4.7 Updates of Significance

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has revised the WCMSA Reference Guide to reflect recent changes in CMS policy and Section 111 reporting requirements. Version 4.7, dated October 5, 2026, of the guide includes the following changes:

- Version 4.7 of this guide includes the following changes: In order to address the many reasons a case may be ineligible for review, a new “Ineligible – Other” letter is now available.
