Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Commercial Repayment Center (CRC) will be hosting a Recovery Best Practices webinar. The intent of this webinar is to provide an overview of the best practices when a recovery case is initiated for GHPs, including a refresher about the recovery process, common pain points, and documentation requirements to support disputes. The format will be opening remarks by CMS, a presentation from the CRC, and a question-and-answer session.
In advance of the webinar, participants are encouraged to email general Recovery questions to the CMS resource mailbox at COBR@cms.hhs.gov. Requests for an accessible format of the presentation should also be sent to this resource mailbox.
